New Song Lesson – J.S. Bach “Prelude In E Major” Added To Song Lessons Page

In News | on March, 12, 2010 | by | 2 Comments

So here is the first winner in last weeks song lessons poll Bach’s “Prelude In E Major”. This piece is an absolute monster so get ready for a great challenge.

Along with the 5 note-for-note video lessons I have also included the TAB to the entire arrangement as well. You will want to download the TAB before you begin following along so you can write in any fingerings or picking indications to the score.

The score is 5 pages long, so I have a separate video lesson for each page to make everything easy to follow. I hope everyone has a lot of fun learning this incredible piece of music. Remember, even if you can’t play it up to the speed that I am playing in the video, playing the piece at half speed sounds fantastic to because it is such a beautiful piece of music. :D

I have included the full performance video below for everyone to check out, but if you want to see all of the lesson videos you will find them on the song lessons page. Remember that you will need a Premium subscription to the site in order to download the TAB and watch the note-for-note lesson videos. It’s only $3.95 a month through Paypal and you can access all of the song lesson videos any time you want 24/7. Plus, you will be helping to keep all of the regular lessons on this site free for everyone. :D

Hope you enjoy the tune. Watch the performance below!! Cheers!! Carl..

oops…. I bought the DVD for Prelude in E major as well as 3 other dvds…. subscribing probably would have been better… It would have been great to have the tab included to print out off of the DVD… Your instruction saves a lot of time and is very clear….. thanks for being there.
